The Clark Montessori Cougars are taking a road trip to face off against the Woodward Bulldogs at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Clark Montessori can't be too happy about their upcoming road contest considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Friday. They were beaten by Aiken 86-50. The Cougars were down 60-37 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Woodward came up short against North College Hill on Monday and fell 86-76.

Clark Montessori will need to focus on slowing down Julian Gaulden, one of several Woodward players who made an impact when they last played. He shot 46% from the field on his way to 13 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Bryce Lively, who posted 12 points and six boards.
