Clark Montessori had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the Aiken Falcons and fell 86-50. The Cougars were down 60-37 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Aiken's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chris Washington Jr, who dropped a triple-double with 17 points, 11 boards, and ten assists. Another player making a difference was Jayden Mcneill, who went 6-for-15 en route to 19 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Looking ahead, Clark Montessori will venture away from home to challenge Woodward at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
