Cincinnati, Ohio – The Clark Montessori Girls Varsity Soccer team kicks off their 2025 season on Tuesday, August 19th at 7:00 PM, taking on the Cincy Spirit at Withrow’s Angus King Stadium.
The Lady Cougars are eager to return to the pitch, bringing back a core group of young players who gained significant varsity experience last season. Clark finished the 2024 campaign with a solid 7-7-1 (.500) record, and expectations are high as the team looks to build on that foundation.
Leading the charge this season are Junior Tajah Brode and Sophomore Maya Ramsay, two dynamic players expected to make a big impact. In goal, Senior goalkeeper Elena Espinoza returns to anchor the defense and bring leadership to the squad.
Their opening opponent, the Cincy Spirit, is a Christian-based organization from Milford, Ohio, providing homeschooled young women the opportunity to compete in high school soccer.
